| KIOSCO (Kiosk) - Al Hoceima Rave Party, Fondazione Lanfranco Baldi Pelago (Florence), February 2004 Kiosco is a prototype of a mobile kiosk made of polycarbonate and USB wood. In this occasion it was installed in the garden of the Fondazione Lanfranco Baldi and it was the point were vistors could find food and little snacks which were a reminiscent of old grocer' shop: old styled candies, chocolate, pumpikin seeds, hot soup but also gloves and blankets A point for refereshement and pleasure for the long night of the Al Hoceima Rave Party. The Arabeschi action is intended to underline the pleausre of basic needs and the fascination of liminal things and moreover to bring comfort. |
